1. Who This Applies To

This Privacy Policy explains how Bio Cali Performance ("we," "us," "Company"), operated by Dan Calicchia, collects, uses, and protects information from visitors to bio-cali.com and from clients and prospective clients who submit the contact form or enter a coaching relationship with us.

2. Information We Collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect:

• First and last name
• Email address and phone number
• City
• Desired start date
• Program or service you're interested in
• Preferred contact method
• How you heard about Dan (referral source)
• Any goals, background, or health-related details you choose to share in the message field

If you go on to become a client, we may also collect health history, progress data, measurements, and payment information as part of delivering coaching services and processing payment (payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store your card details).

3. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiry and follow up about coaching services
• To deliver and administer coaching programs for active clients
• To maintain internal records of leads and client communications
• To process payment for services purchased

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of third-party services to operate the site and business:

• Resend — delivers the email notification generated when you submit the contact form.
• Stripe — processes payments for coaching packages; Stripe's own privacy policy governs payment data.
• Cloudflare — hosts this website and processes the form submission itself.

We are evaluating a lead-tracking tool (such as a spreadsheet or CRM) to help manage inquiries internally. This policy will be updated to name that tool before it goes live, and any such tool will only ever store the information described in Section 2.

5. Data Retention

Contact form submissions and client records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, deliver services, and meet our own business, tax, and legal record-keeping obligations. You can request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 7), subject to records we're required to keep by law.

6. Cookies & Tracking

This site does not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated to describe what's used and how to opt out.

7. Your Rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask what we've collected, by emailingdancali@bio-cali.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
